The travel time feature allows you to:
→ Automatically calculate travel time between each appointment
→ Optimize buffer times between appointments based on the previous location
→ Take into account your mode of transportation (car, public transport, walking)
→ Block time slots that are too far apart (e.g.: no appointments offered more than 20 minutes away).
To enable this, contact us via support so we can activate the feature on your account.
Once the feature is activated:
Log in to your account, go to your Vyte Page.
Select the Appointment Type you want to add this option by clicking “Edit”.
3. Then, select “Availability”.
4. Scroll down to the “Travel Time” feature.
5. Enable this feature.
6. Select the mode of transportation to be used.
7. If needed, add a maximum travel time from the previous appointment. This will block slots that are too far apart (e.g.: no appointments offered more than 20 minutes away).
