Microsoft 365 is a complete suite of cloud services offered by Microsoft. It includes various productivity applications and tools such as:

  • Outlook (email),

  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

  • Teams (communication and collaboration),

  • OneDrive (cloud storage).

Exchange, on the other hand, is a professional email service. It allows you to manage:

  • emails,

  • calendars,

  • contacts,

  • and tasks.

In summary:

Microsoft 365 includes Exchange (in its cloud version called Exchange Online), along with many other tools.

Exchange by itself focuses only on email and calendar management.
