What features can an admin account benefit from?

The admin feature within an organization provides access to several additional functionalities.

1. Templates

As an administrator, you have powerful tools to streamline the management of user accounts. Create "standard accounts" (templates) by defining key settings such as schedules, locations, or types of appointments.

When creating a new account, simply select the corresponding template, and all configurations are automatically applied. This saves you significant time, ensuring smooth and consistent team management!

2. Users

Using the templates you’ve created, you can quickly set up user accounts for your team members in just a few clicks.

You’ll find all the members of your organization listed under the "Users" section, where you can modify their settings as needed directly from your admin account.

3. Reporting

You can download reports on your team’s appointments over specific date ranges.

The reporting feature allows you to:

  • Track performance: Identify the number of appointments completed by each team member during a given period.

  • Analyze productivity: Assess individual and team performance to adjust goals or work methods.

  • Identify trends: Detect the busiest or slowest periods to optimize your organization
