I have customers all around the world, how do I set up my account?

Whether you're frequently traveling for work or based in one location with clients across the globe, here’s how to set up your Vyte account to manage time zones effectively.

You can set the time zone for your account in your Vyte account settings.

  1. Go to your Vyte settings

  2. Go to your account settings


  3. Click on "Profile"


  4. Click on the "Default Time Zone" drop-down menu

  5. Insert your time zone in the search bar and click on the time zone suggested in the suggestions below


  6. Don't forget to save 😉

📌 Important: If you're traveling and changing time zones, make sure to update your time zone in your account settings each time you arrive in a new location.

For your customers

Vyte automatically detects the time zone of anyone visiting your Vyte booking pages and displays your availabilities accordingly. This ensures that your clients see your schedule in their local time — no manual time zone conversions needed!

  1. Go to the advanced settings on your booking page (My Vyte Page or appointment type)

  2. Here,make sure the feature "Set and hide time zone" is disable: Guests can choose their preferred time zone.

(Reminder: Vyte will still auto-detect their browser’s time zone and adjust the display accordingly.)

3. Don't forget to save your changes 😉
