→ If you are the admin of an Organisation, create a User for this room via your settings and designate it as a location
→ Create a “Vyte Page” for your user (from the “Users” tab in your admin account or by logging in directly to the new user’s account) and, in the settings for this type of appointment, enter the venue’s address and its availability
→ Next, create a team with this user as the sole member
→ In your account, create a team appointment type (the team to be added is the one for that location)
→ This means that, from the booking page for this type of ‘team’ meeting, it will be possible to book the venue when it is available
Would you like to book a venue and a member of staff ? No problem !
→ If you have an appointment booking form, your guests will see the time slots when the chosen venue and the designated team members (e.g. sales, after-sales service, consultants, etc.) are available
→ In this regard, the venue will appear in your confirmation emails as the meeting place
