How to set different availabilities based on the appointment location?

Adapt your teams' working hours based on their physical location.

Do your team members need to define specific availabilities for each location (e.g., being available in a specific office only on certain days of the week)? This is entirely possible and very simple to set up.

1 - Access your appointment types

  1. Log in to your Vyte account.

  2. In the main menu, go to the "My Vyte Page" section.

  3. Click on the appointment type you wish to modify (or create a new one).

2 - Configure hours by location type

Each team member can configure their own preferences directly from their dashboard:

  1. In the settings of the selected appointment type, go to the Availabilities tab.

  2. Precisely define the time slots and days associated with this specific location.

  3. From the "Configuration" tab of the appointment type, set up a location to which these defined availabilities will be linked.

3 - Automatic management by Vyte

Once your collaborators have filled in their preferences, you have nothing left to do.

Our system takes care of automatically analyzing and centralizing this data in the background. Vyte takes into account the exact availabilities of each member for each configured location, ensuring that a client can only book a location if the collaborator is available there.

Concrete use case

Let's take an example of a member of your team:

  • Monday and Tuesday: They configure their availabilities on Vyte for Location 1. A client will only be able to book a meeting with them at this location on these two days.

  • Thursday: They configure their availabilities for Location 2. The system automatically adjusts the booking page to only display Location 2 on that day.
