Vyte

To set Whereby as the default place on your Vyte page:

Go to the settings of the Vyte page in question (My Vyte page or appointment type)

Insert "Whereby” in the "Place, Address, Skype, Call" field

Click on the second option that appears (with the Whereby logo on the left)

- Warning: Do not choose the "Custom Location" option

Click on "Save" at the bottom right of your screen

Activate the “Forbid suggesting another place” feature

Save your new settings at the bottom of the "Advanced settings" page

2. Go to the "Advanced settings" tab
 
 
 
3. Click on "Pick a place"
 
 
 
4. Insert "Whereby” in the "Place, Address, Skype, Call" field
 
 
 
5. Click on the second option that appears (with the Whereby logo on the left)
 - Warning: Do not choose the "Custom Location" option
 
 
 
6. Enter your Whereby URL
 
 
 
7. Click on "Add"
 
 
 
8. Click on "Save" at the bottom right of your screen
 
 
 
9. Activate the “Forbid suggesting another place” feature
 
 
 
10. Save your new settings at the bottom of the "Advanced settings" page

Warning: It is necessary for Whereby to be the only place option on your Vyte page for it to be the default location of all the appointments booked through this Vyte page.

If you don't want your guests to be able to see the appointment location from the booking page, enable the "Hide places on your page" feature.

Once the appointment is confirmed, your Whereby link will be available in:

The event details added to your default connected calendar, and to your guests' calendars

- The confirmation email
- The Vyte event page
- The event details added to your default connected calendar, and to your guests' calendars
