You can define on your Vyte page:
A default meeting place
Default venue options
Or even allow your guests to suggest one or more meeting places
Set a default meeting place
If you want all appointments on your Vyte page or your appointment type page to take place at the same location (physical or virtual), you need to set a default location:
Go to the settings of your Vyte page (Vyte page or appointment type)
Go to the "Advanced settings" of your page
Click on "Pick a place"
Insert the address or the place you want to set as the default location
Save the new location option
Activate the option "Forbid to suggest another place"
Optional: If you don't want to display the appointment location on the booking page, and thus make it visible only after the appointment is requested or confirmed, enable the "Hide places on your page" option
Don't forget to save 😉

If you want your guests to be able to choose the appointment location from options you have predefined and you don't want your guests to be able to suggest others:
Go to the "Advanced settings" of your page (Vyte page or appointment type)
Click on "Pick a place"
Insert the addresses or locations you want to set as location options
Save the new location options
Enable the option "Forbid to suggest another location"
Don't forget to save 😉
Let your guests define the location of the appointment
You can allow your guests to suggest a location for the appointment.
Go to the "Advanced settings" of your page (Vyte page or appointment type)
Optional: Suggest location options
Make sure that the option "Forbit to propose another location" is not activated
