By default, Vyte automatically identifies the time zone of the visitors of your Vyte pages in order to automatically adapt the display of your availabilities according to where they are. This way, there is no confusion or calculation of time differences to do!
However, if you know that your guests are usually in the same time zone as you, you can set the default time zone for your booking pages (My Vyte Page or appointment types) and disable the option for your guests to change the time zone to avoid any confusion.
To set your time zone preferences:
Go to the advanced settings on your booking page (My Vyte Page or appointment type)
Choose your default time zone
Check the "Set and hide time zone" option
Activate the "Set and hide time zone" option: your guests will not be able to change the time zone and your availabilities will be displayed according to the default time zone
Deactivate "Set and hide time zone": Your guests will be able to choose the time zone they prefer and your availabilities will be displayed according to it (Reminder: Vyte automatically identifies the time zone of your guests' browser so the view will automatically adapt to their time zone if the "Set and hide time zone" option is deactivated)
