It is possible to ask for additional information about your guests when they book an appointment with you on one of your Vyte pages, such as
Their first and last name
His/her company
Their phone number
These details can be requested at the end of the booking form just before sending the invitation.
To set up what information you want to collect about your guests:
Go to the settings of your Vyte page (My Vyte page or appointment type)
Go to the Advanced features
Check what information you want to ask for
Don't forget to Save 😉
Google and Office 365 login allows guests who already have a Vyte account to log in to automatically fill in their information.
You can request the first and last names together or separately.
This way, you'll know in advance who you're meeting 😉
