When creating a Vyte group event, you have the ability to hide guests from each other to keep them anonymous.
To hide your guests from each other for a group meeting:
Create your event (Create a title, add your participants)
Click on "Event settings" in the top right corner
Activate the "Forbid invitees to suggest other dates" and/or “Forbid invitees to suggest other places” options
Save your changes
Finalize the setup of your event (suggested dates/locations, message) and send your invitations out
Now your guests will not be able to suggest new dates and/or location options.
You can also activate this option after sending your invitations:
On your event page, click on the "More" button
Click on "Event Settings"
Activate the "Forbid invitees to suggest other dates" and/or “Forbid invitees to suggest other places” options
Save your changes
If you want to enable this option by default for all your future Vyte events:
Go to your account's advanced scheduling settings (Settings > Advanced Scheduling > Group meeting settings)
Activate the "Forbid invitees to suggest other dates" and/or “Forbid invitees to suggest other places” options
Save your changes
