When creating a Vyte group event, you have the ability to hide guests from each other to keep them anonymous.

To hide your guests from each other for a group meeting

  1. Create your event (Create a title, add your participants)

  2. Click on "Event settings" in the top right corner

  3. Activate the "Forbid invitees to invite other invitees" option

  4. Save your changes

  5. Finalize the setup of your event (suggested dates/locations, message) and send your invitations out

Now only you, the administrator, are able to add more participants to this event.

You can also activate this option after sending your invitations:

  1. On your event page, click on the "More" button

  2. Click on "Event Settings"

  3. Activate the "Forbid invitees to invite other invitees" option

  4. Save your changes

If you want to enable this option by default for all your future Vyte events:

  1. Go to your account's advanced scheduling settings (Settings > Advanced Scheduling > Group meeting settings)

  2. Activate the "Forbid invitees to invite other invitees" option

  3. Save your changes
