How to create a Vyte team?

Learn how to assign an appointment type to a group of people in your organization with Vyte teams.

Reminders:

  • Only administrators of an organization can create a team

  • Only members of your organization can be part of your teams

To create a team:

  1. Go to your Vyte settings

  2. Go to the "Teams" section

  3. Click on "Create a teamโ€

  4. Define the name of your team and click on "Create a team"

  5. Once the team is created, click on the "Team Members" tab

  6. Add your team members by entering their email addresses or name and clicking on "Invite to Team"

  7. Define the roles of each person in your team

    • By default, you are an administrator and a team member. You can change these roles according to your needs. A team member can be only a member, only an admin, or both (a person can be an admin of a team without being an admin of the organization)

  8. Click on the "Admin Notifications" tab and choose which notifications the team administrators will receive

  9. Don't forget to save ๐Ÿ˜‰
