The availabilities shared on your Vyte pages and to your guests are identified by Vyte in different ways depending on the use case and/or the Vyte page consulted.
1) Events on your connected calendar(s)
Vyte blocks the slots on which events from your connected calendars are already scheduled.
Warning: Vyte only blocks occupied slots of calendars configured as "Appear unavailable" in your calendar settings.
For more details, see this article: How to block my availabilities on Vyte when I already have an event in my connected calendar?
2) Your general availabilities
The availability settings of your "My Vyte Page" are the default availabilities of your Vyte account.
The availability settings of your "My Vyte Page" are taken into account when:
Scheduling group appointments (outside the Vyte page)
Ex: If a Vyte user invites you to a Vyte group event, Vyte will show you as available on the free slots of your connected calendars and the open slots of your "My Vyte Page".
Identifying your availability on your appointment type pages
Ex: If your "My Vyte Page" is open on Monday from 10am to 6pm, and your appointment type is open on Monday from 8am to 1pm, your appointment type page will only display availability on Monday from 10am to 1pm π
Identifying the availabilities of your team pages
Ex: The availabilities set up in your "My Vyte Page" will be combined with those of your team members to identify the availabilities of the team page in question.
