For 1-to-1 appointments on Vyte, both participants (admin and guest) are limited to one vote for the appointment date.

The goal is to find a common availability as soon as possible.

That's why, in a two-person meeting, participants cannot vote on multiple date options for the event. The guest must choose between accepting, proposing a new date, or declining the invitation.

This limit is not applied for appointments with more than 2 participants (group appointments), so that all participants can agree on a date that suits everyone.
