Why the invitee and me don't receive confirmation emails?

No confirmation emails are being received, how do I solve this?

When you and your invitees don't receive a confirmation email for an appointment, please check in the settings of your "My Vyte Page" or the according appointment type page if the feature "Disable all emails for people booking me" is deactivated

You'll find this feature in your "My Vyte Page"

  1. Edit the according booking page where you don't get notifications when a person books you

  2. Go to advanced settings

  3. Scroll to the end

  4. Don't forget to click on save! πŸ˜‰
