Why is still a slot available even though I am booked that time for another appointment type already?

The slot is still available even though someone booked me already for the same time for another appointment type.

To take into account the appointment scheduled on other appointment type pages, please make sure that in your appointment type availability settings, the field "Max appointments in parallel" is empty.

Here is where you can find this in your settings

  1. Go to the settings of the according page that still shows the availability

  2. Go to Availability

  3. Scroll to the end and make sure the field is left empty

  4. Don't forget to save your changes! πŸ˜‰
