Vyte lets you select the place of the meeting while scheduling it. We integrate with Zoom for you to schedule remote meetings in 2 clicks. How does it work on Vyte?

1 - Connect your Zoom account to Vyte

You can follow those steps :

  • Connect a Zoom Account to Vyte!

Your Zoom account is now connected to Vyte.

2 - Create a Vyte event with Zoom as the meeting place

By creating a meeting: https://www.vyte.in/add_invitees, you will be able to define the object of the meeting and the invitees. You will then be able to define one or more time slot propositions for the meeting. Once it's done you can add a place to the meeting :

"Pick a place" and select Zoom :

You can now save the meeting place and send your invitation. You will then be redirected to the event page. You and your invitees will receive a notification at the event creation and your invitees will be asked to indicate their preferences for the meeting :

You can now confirm the meeting. With the Zoom integration, Vyte creates a Zoom conference room link at the confirmation of the meeting (not at the creation) :

3 - Set Zoom as the default meeting place on your Vyte page or your appointment types

You can add Zoom as the place by default on your Vyte page or on your appointment types pages. You will need to create or "Edit" your pages here: https://www.vyte.in/pages

Go to the "Advanced Settings" section and scroll down until you can hit the "Pick a Place" button :

You can now add it and save your settings. Zoom will now appear as the default place for all the meetings on this page :

Vyte will automatically create a Zoom link each time a meeting is confirmed from this Vyte page or appointment type page.

Uninstall Zoom from Vyte

If for any reason you'd like to stop using Vyte's Zoom integration and you want Vyte to not have access to your Zoom account anymore you can uninstall this integration with one click:
