By default, on all your Vyte pages, the Vyte Support Intercom button is displayed on the bottom right. This way, if your guests have any questions about using Vyte, they can contact us directly. You can, however, choose not to display this support button.

You can hide the Vyte support chat button on your Vyte pages. To do so:

  1. Go to the settings of your Vyte page (My Vyte page or appointment type)

  2. Go to the "Advanced settings" tab

  3. Activate the feature "Hide support button on my Vyte page"

  4. Don't forget to save πŸ˜‰
