To suggest a place for an event:

  1. Create an appointment

  2. Click on "Pick a place"

  3. Insert the address or the place you want in the "Location, Address, Skype, Phone" field (physical or virtual place)

  4. Choose the location from one of the options displayed below the search bar

    • You can give a custom name to an address (e.g. "Our offices"). To do so, first, insert the custom name of the address in the search bar, click on the first option "Custom Place", enter the address, and click on "Add".

  5. Suggest one or more location options for the appointment

  6. If you wish to remove an option, click on the red button to the right of the added option

  7. Click on "Save" at the bottom right of your screen
