- we don't get or listen on messages for channels the bot is in
- we only act if the bot is DMed, mentionned, or the /vyte or /time commands are used
- we may send those messages to external APIs such as Google to improve Natural Language Processing (before so, we strip any username information from these messages to ensure anonymity)
- support messages are sent to Intercom
