In this article we’ll show you the best way to set up a booking page for your next trade show!
Set up your main Vyte page and create an appointment Type:
Choose a name
Add a description (e.g. where your stand is)
(you can still modify the title/ description in the settings under “Description”)
3. Go to availabilities to set up the dates of your trade show
4. Click on “Specific availabilities for these dates and set the times for the days
Make yourself unavailable to schedule meet ups for 2 or 3 hours to make time for attendees who just pass by and are interested (this way you make yourself available to also those who didn’t schedule a meet up beforehand)
Tailor it to your availability preferences:
Set up buffer time before or after Meeting
Set up the number of parallel appointments if you have multiple people in your team that attendees can talk to

Set up the meeting duration
Recommended: Use the slot view and auto confirmation
Set up the location
Activate fields attendees can fill out with their information
Add a custom message
